With three adult children now living across different states of Australia, Santiago is proud to be part of the extended RE Support and Coaching family here in Adelaide. As a dedicated empty-nester, he finds joy in giving back to the community through meaningful, client-centred support.

Guided by his favourite Bible verse —

With more than a decade of experience as a Support Worker, Santiago carries a treasure trove of heartfelt memories and looks forward to creating new positive experiences with his clients each day.

Santiago has a wide range of interests that he loves to share, including fishing, gardening, sports, bowling, hiking, outdoor activities, handyman work, chess, cards, singing and board games. His clients are never short of engaging, uplifting activities to enjoy with him.

“I love to see my clients enjoy life and make progress toward their goals,” Santiago says.

Before entering the disability and community sector, Santiago strengthened his communication and problem-solving skills as a Network Administrator for a long-distance telephone company.
