Raquel created RE Support and Coaching as part of her mission to support people with individual needs to unlock their unique potential and live meaningful lives.
Raquel’s core values are integrity, transparency, gratitude and goodwill. Raquel firmly believes that if we all apply these values to our daily lives, we can stive to make the world a better place; hence the motto she’s adopted for RE Support and Coaching: “Believe you can, and you are halfway there,” (by T. Roosevelt).
With a background in Early Childhood Education (working with children with complex developmental trauma), and as a disability and mental health Support Worker, Raquel has first-hand experience working directly with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Raquel is more than a manager. Her person-centred approach sets RE Support and Coaching apart from all other disability and mental health support providers. When you engage RE Support and Coaching’s services, you will meet Raquel personally. To ensure clients’ needs are met and their satisfaction levels are continually monitored, Raquel and her business staff engage regularly with each and every client to discuss their ongoing, dynamic needs and receive feedback on services provided.
Each time a client celebrates a small win — like finding a new hobby, engaging in community, or leaving the house to enjoy a stroll — Raquel and her team will be right there beside you, cheering you on and supporting you every step of the way.
