Rachel Farah

Administration Officer

When you email or phone RE Support and Coaching (RESC), Rachel is the friendly face, and the bubbly, helpful voice who will assist you!

Hailing from Canada, Rachel previously worked as an elementary teacher, helping students with diverse needs, learning styles and personalities within the classroom setting. This career experience helped Rachel hone her communication and planning skills, taught her patience and adaptability, and instilled within her a deep desire to help others succeed.

“I feel all of these skills translate seamlessly into the work I do now with RESC in the disability, mental-health and HR space,” Rachel says.

As a true-blue-people-person, no task is too big or too small for Rachel. Whether it’s fielding prospective client calls, interviewing, inducting, and rostering staff, or meticulously collating NDIS documentation, Rachel brings joy and organisation to the RESC office.

“I really enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about supporting both our staff and the people we serve,” Rachel says.

“Each of us brings our own individual attributes and talents to the team—this is a company built on respect, support and integrity.”

“From our office staff to our support workers, we all have the same goals and focus: We want our clients to feel respected and supported whilst fostering independence.”

Rachel’s favourite quote sums up her vision to make a positive impact on the world: “You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world,” – Woodrow Wilson.
